Emergency Department Training
The Department is recognised for training by the Royal College of Surgeons and the Royal College of general Practitioners.
- Senior staff are ALS/ APLS/ ATLS/ EMSB instructors.
- SHO teaching 4 times per week, including a weekly half-day teaching programme (protected time).
- A comprehensive A&E handbook is available prior to commencing post.
- Study Leave is available and encouraged.
